You are fully responsible for the results of the various Social Ads campaigns, Campaign management is at your fingertips and you continuously see opportunities for optimization and innovation. You ensure the best possible results month after month by constantly keeping a close eye on the results, applying smart optimization techniques and constantly looking for better ways to target. An account is never finished and that’s why you’ll have to continuously fine tune and improve them. 

Creative Strategy

Because of your experience in managing social ad campaigns, you know that you have to devise and apply a custom strategy for every account. You are constantly working on making the strategy and approach even more creative and even smarter. You also have a natural interest in devising and optimizing campaign content. You will set up A/B tests, dive into the data, and (with the client) ensure that the best content is used.

The success of your accounts drives you. You are constantly finding ways to maximise to go above and beyond marketing goals and like to keep clients happy. At Hide and Seek, you will become the master of your accounts. You will be allocated your own portfolio and will be responsible for the results you achieve. You will make sure that all your clients are satisfied with the work you do and don’t think about bringing in anyone else to look over your work. When you start something, you go all the way and finnish it. You go beyond what is expected and go the extra mile so that success is maximised. You don’t want to do something good, you owe it to yourself and your clients to do something great.

This means that you can always rely on personal attention and development. This is how the team is built. We work together, and together, we ensure that everyone is in their element. We shape the best and most creative strategies for our accounts by continuously monitoring developments and testing new ideas. Doing this alone is almost impossible to do however this can easily be accomplished with a team. At Hide and Seek, a lot of attention is paid to sharing new knowledge and skills. There are weekly knowledge sessions and members have the ability to set and accomplish individual goals. Team members work together on award winning strategies and everyone has to share what they know about the platform they specialize in. This way, we remain on top of our game. 

Different

There is no such thing as “normal” at Hide and Seek. We don’t stick to strict timelines, deadlines, or straightforward ways of communication. We let everyone hold themselves to their own standards… and those of our clients. Our accounts are all different and so are we. This means that you get a lot of responsibility and freedom at the same time. We like to play but we work hard. We are a long way from the “corporate standard”, and frankly, we hope to never get there because we value our flexibility, our youthfulness and our drive to keep on developing.
