Not only have you completed a high-school/college education, you also have at least two years of experience in managing online campaigns. You see the endless opportunities of online advertising and terms like CPC, CTR and ROAS are a piece of cake for you. You have already created campaigns but want to take the challenge further so that you can make smarter campaigns. You are always keeping an eye out for developments in advertising formats and channels so you can get the most out of each of them.
Mountains of data don’t intimidate you. To you, data is your start and end point. It gives you insights into the design and management of campaigns and their development. You are always curious about what is happening in the markets of your clients and are able to leverage insights in order to come up with creative ideas that will contribute to their success.
The client is king and you know how to serve them properly. You are proactive, reliable and honest with the client. You see through their wishes and always try to respond to them. You see the client as a team member and work with them to ensure continuous effective improvements. You are clear about what is and isn’t allowed and you know how to keep agreements. Even in the event of a setback, you are able to explain why it happened and reassure the client. The client will need to trust you completely and every client will want you as a senior online marketer.

You are fully responsible for the results of the different channels. Campaign management is at your fingertips and you continuously see opportunities for optimization and innovation. You ensure the best possible results month after month by constantly monitoring results, applying smart optimisation techniques and constantly looking for ways to improve targeting. Accounts are never finished and you will have to continuously fine tune and improve them.
You will have a varied portfolio and therefore be in contact with many different clients who will be more or less savvy when it comes to online advertising. Some clients will require more assistance than others. Some will need to be accompanied by you and some will need you to execute on their pre-existing marketing plan. Your job will be to ensure that every customer receives the level of detail that suits the customer. You will have to ensure that the clients understand the path they’re taking and what the campaign will have on their business. Every client is different so it’s up to you to identify the best approach for each client.
We expect you to become the owner of your own store at Hide and Seek. You will get to manage your own portfolio for which you will become responsible. You make sure that your customers don’t want to work with anyone but you. The success of your clients is your motivation because you equate their success to yours. Finally, you never fail to put a smile on their faces.
