We are looking for an experienced Data and Tracking specialist for our offices in the north of amsterdam. Online experience

Not only have you completed highschool/college education, you also have experience in measuring traffic and keeping track of goals for online websites. You are aware of the power of tracking and terms like CPC, CTR, and ROAS are second nature. You’ve had experience measuring and tracking traffic and conversion but want to take your skills to the next level. You are always looking out for new developments in the field and are always trying to implement new methods in your work.

Just like us, you see the possibilities that come with data (feeds) and tracking for clients. Quality data through smart tracking is the key to successful digital marketing. You know how to get around difficult tracking issues and you can devise the best data tracking strategies for various types of accounts. You like to be the go-to person for complex questions and you like to take on new challenges. Everything boils down to a logic you can understand and implement better than anyone else. 

Ahead of the game

Data privacy is a hot topic. There are many changes going on around the collection and use of data. You are aware and informed of these changes and always do your part to ensure that clients can continue to get as much as possible from their data. You think beyond just using a pixel and you also pay attention to what is happening in your client’s markets so that you can leverage these insights in a creative and strategic manner. Everyday, you try to come up with ways to improve the tracking of your campaigns because you like to ensure that the clients you represent stay ahead of the competition and achieve their goals.

Tracking

It is crucial that online results are measured and evaluated properly. There is a big difference between measuring and understanding what the measurements mean. There are many different factors behind each number and understanding these factors is crucial to achieving success. You will be responsible for tracking customers; You will have to track everything from standard goals and conversions to complex data applications and solutions. You will need to constantly identify gaps and new opportunities that will enable you to improve the account. Digital marketing evolves rapidly so being able to innovate and optimise is key. Tracking can always be smarter and better which is why we want someone who likes to expand and fine-tune their methods. 

Smart data usage

Through smart tracking, you will build up a database that can be beneficial to online advertising campaigns. You will devise ways to collect, optimize and enrich data. This means going beyond implementing a pixel on a website. When we set up campaigns that are better than the competition, you will need to think of data applications that will ensure our campaigns remain a cut above the rest. You have experience with the use of smart target groups, you know Google Tag Manager like the back of your hand and automation/feed management systems (Channable) are a piece of cake. If you don’t have a great deal of experience but have insatiable curiosity and want to become the best in the data game, we can make something work. 

Creative strategies

We view data and technology as the building blocks for a creative strategy. You know through experience how to implement technology in an intelligent way.  More importantly, you can think in terms of applications. When you start working on a new account, the gears in your head fire up and you are immediately able to identify gaps and tracking opportunities that will ensure spectacular results. You keep going until you get that “wow” out of your clients. The success of your accounts is what drives you and you do what it takes to make clients smile.

This means that you can always rely on personal attention and development. This is how the team is built. We work together, and together, we ensure that everyone is in their element. Knowledge and skills

We shape the best and most creative strategies for our accounts by continuously monitoring developments and testing new ideas. Doing this alone is almost impossible to do however this can easily be accomplished with a team. At Hide and Seek, a lot of attention is paid to sharing new knowledge and skills. There are weekly knowledge sessions and members have the ability to set and accomplish individual goals. Team members work together on award winning strategies and everyone has to share what they know about the platform they specialize in. This way, we remain on top of our game. 

Different

There is no such thing as “normal” at Hide and Seek. We don’t stick to strict timelines, deadlines, or straightforward ways of communication. We let everyone hold themselves to their own standards… and those of our clients. Our accounts are all different and so are we. This means that you get a lot of responsibility and freedom at the same time. We like to play but we work hard. We are a long way from the “corporate standard”, and frankly, we hope to never get there because we value our flexibility, our youthfulness and our drive to keep on developing.

We are a lovely team because we look out for each other. This way we know that everyone is happy. How do we do it? Through a lot of fun. We organize agency outings, regular drinks, interesting events and the occasional office party. Furthermore, we make sure to only work with nice clients so that we can keep a culture of cooperation and work in a pleasant environment.
