Over the past few years Hide and Seek has had the opportunity to work with amazing clients to craft some of the best digital advertising strategies. These strategies have led to incredible results for the clients we work with and have even won some awards. This blog will go over the awards Hide and Seek was able to win for two beloved clients: CombiTools, NXT Museum. And how we even won the award for the Global Best small PPC agency.
CombiTools – Best Global PPC Campaign & Global E-commerce Search Campaign of the year
CombiTools is a store selling all types of construction tools in the Netherlands. Although they have a physical location in Eindhoven, the pandemic forced CombiTools to double down on their online presence. To increase online sales, CombiTools collaborated with us in August of 2020 to develop a PPC strategy. Through situational analysis and online data, we were able to craft a brilliant strategy that would enable CombiTools to reach audiences that were looking for specific tools. By leveraging information-rich product feeds, we were able to create hyper-relevant search ads for specific searches. This PPC strategy made CombiTools an immediate option for consumers who were looking for specific tools, leading to record e-commerce sales. This has resulted in winning two awards from the European Search Awards 2021 and Global Ecommerce awards 2021 in the categories: Best PPC Campaign and Global E-commerce Search Campaign of the Year!
NXT Museum – Best European Integrated Campaign
NXT Museum is the first new media art museum to open its doors in Amsterdam. It is a museum that describes itself as a place for those who visit nightclubs more often than museums. In order to make noise about their presence and to have a successful launch, NXT Museum created a multichannel campaign composed of outdoor and online ads. Hide and Seek was tasked to increase awareness for the museum and its ticket sales. To keep the creative elements consistent throughout the campaign, we turned outdoor ads into online banners, and to make ads more relevant, we created different target personas that were each shown different Facebook ads. Audiences who showed an interest in nightclubs and the electronic music scene were also targeted. These different targeting segments enabled NXT to deliver ads that were tailored to the individuals that saw them. This campaign led to a significant increase in brand awareness which in turn led to a successful launch. The result is another award from the European Search Awards in the category: Best Integrated Campaign!
Hide and Seek – Global Best Small PPC Agency
This is perhaps one of the most unexpected awards we have won this year. Yet it is also the one we are most proud of. Because we have won the award for Best Global Small PPC Agency at the Global Search Awards 2021!
We are extremely grateful to earn such recognition for the work we’ve done over the last year. As we all know, the past year has been very difficult for many companies around the world. Before the pandemic, 30% of our clients operated in the cultural, experiential, and event industry. Some of these beloved clients include Amsterdam Museum, Strong Viking, Parookaville, and many others. We knew the pandemic was going to have a disastrous effect on their businesses so we wanted to make sure we were as empathetic, flexible, and helpful as possible. We even sent out a customer satisfaction survey that would score us on these factors and we averaged at 8.53/10. The pandemic also meant that we had to make changes within Hide and Seek. The team had to be restructured to increase focus, communication, and support. Although this resulted in a steep learning curve, the team was stronger than ever. The agency was even able to become Google Premier Partner agency with Google recognizing our work as some of the best among our peers.
Furthermore, we have gotten listed in this year’s “Emerce Top 100” in the “Digital Marketing Agency Small” category. This is a leading business list in the Netherlands and is based on votes from clients and industry professionals. Beyond all of this recognition, we also pride ourselves on offering back and doing something good for this world; After all, we are the loving advertising agency. One of the ways we do this is by offering free online marketing to NGOs. This is something we have been doing for seven years. Some of these NGOs include Kansfonds, dance4life, and 10,000 hours. In addition, we work with clients and other stakeholders to raise money and plant trees via “Trees for all”. We believe that this is good for the world and that it represents who we are as a team.
